What is an Ice Cream Helmet?
Well, that's simple. You've been to the ballpark. If you're going to be buying ice cream at a game, it better be served in a mini batting helmet.

Why are they special?
Ice Cream Helmets were always a treat growing up when going to the games. When I got older and started to go to games on my own as well as travel a tradition was born. Since 2003 my friend and I decided that every Major League stadium we travelled to, our memento would be an Ice Cream Helmet of that team. The helmets I currently have on display that I've acquired since this began: Phillies, Mets, Red Sox, Twins, and Pirates. I have been to a Nationals game in DC. However, they did not have any Ice Cream Helmets, leading me to question how they were able to get a team there. I bet the Expos had Ice Cream Helmets. I have not been back to see the Orioles or Yankees since this tradition has started.

What's with the site then?
I love sports. I love pickem and fantasy games. Sometimes they just aren't what I want though. So I finally took some time to work on seeing how I could do myself.
